Partner Agencies

To ensure that hungry people have consistent access to nutritious food, the Foodbank sources, procures, processes and delivers food and grocery products from private donors, the food industry, local farmers and the state/federal government to emergency and non-emergency feeding programs.

Through our partner network of over 625 non-profit agencies across 20 Ohio counties (click here to see a county-by-county list of our partners), we are able to work together to effectively respond and support the unique hunger challenges facing Ohio communities. Through these partnerships, Mid-Ohio Foodbank distributes more that 54 million pounds of food each year.

Among other things, all Mid-Ohio Foodbank partners must:

  • Have a 501 (c) 3 non-for-profit tax exempt status organization with a letter from IRS.
  • Have a recognized charity and a feeding program serving the needy, ill, infants or elderly.
  • Provide services for at least 3 months prior to applying for membership with written record of this operation (a pantry’s record must include clients’ name, address and dates of service and number of people in family).
